In my blog yesterday I mentioned that I was making 2 cakes for my friend. First was Thomas which I posted yesterday and here is a picture of the second cake I made, Monster Truck. No carving involved, but I did use rice crispy treats to form the ramp on the cake.
Those kids are never going to be happy with plain cakes after this! They both came out amazing.
